For example, we provide the experience of walking through a lovely place on the way to the store with roses to smell and the sound of leaves fluttering on the tree in the breeze on a crisp fall day and not even noticing that you didn’t trip along the way or that there is no trash or dog poo because the receptacles are placed where a human will actually use them.

Or placing a bench at the right moment so the person who needs to rest can do so and making it all accessible.

Beauty is visual, yes, but also comes in the many layers and textures of designing skillfully and empathetically for all.
